Reorder your NHS Prescription Medicine in 3 Easy Steps
If your GP is enrolled in the NHS electronic repeat prescription service, you can register to order your prescription online.
Once registered, let us know which medicines you need. Our pharmacy team then order these on your behalf from your GP.
Once we receive your prescriptions from your GP, our pharmacy dispenses your medication. This is then delivered to your door.
YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS DELIVERED TO YOUR DOOR
Our NHS Repeat Prescription Service is a FREE service available to anyone in England.
The service allows most patients to manage their repeats requests via our app or website. We send you reminders when you are likley to be running out of your medication, and you can then trigger your repeat request, right from your phone.
That's okay. If you want to switch, once you register with our pharmacy service, we will communicate with your surgery to take over the handling and dispensing of your repeat prescriptions.
It is a free service. You don't have to pay anything to use our NHS Repeat Prescription Service for your medicines. However, NHS prescription medicine charges may apply (England Only). Click here to see who is entitled to free prescription.

Once you have ordered your medication, we will contact your GP to organise your prescriptions. Most GP surgeries issue prescriptions within 48-72 hours, and Royal Mail delivery should be within 48 hours.
We advise that you should make your repeat requests 10 days before your medication is due to run out, and we send you reminders (if you have opted in), by SMS, E-Mail or via the app.
Generally, Royal Mail will leave a delivery note, including any information about the collection and/or redelivery, if there is no one who can sign for the delivery. Please follow the instruction on the delivery note.

You have two main options
1 - You can contact your old pharmacy and ask them to return the prescription electronically to us
2 - You can ask your old pharmacy to provide you with the medicine on this occasion, then contact your GP and ask them again to change your nominated pharmacy. We can also do this on your behalf.
Simply, update your prescription order on our website. Please contact our customer service team should you have a problem updating your NHS profile.

If you want to receive a branded version of the prescribed medication, please contact your GP first. We are only allowed to send you a medication that was prescribed by your GP.
